The Berke Group forms alliances with a wide range of industry-leading companies to leverage the value of the Berke Assessment. Our goal is to develop productive and long-lasting relationships with a variety of companies including consulting firms, product companies, organizational psychologists, placement firms and others. Our partners provide complementary services and products that help our customers maximize the value of the Berke system.

Berke Group partners can participate in one of the following programs:

• Referral Partners:
  Berke Group Referral Partners maintain trusted relationships with businesses and have the insight to know when the Berke Assessment is a good fit with their client companies' needs. Referral Partners introduce the Berke to their customers and earn a percentage of the revenues for referred accounts, while becoming more competitive and growing their own businesses. Referral Partners receive sales and product training to prepare them to promote the Berke Assessment within their customer base and are rewarded for doing so.
  
  
• Reseller Partners:
  Berke Group Reseller Partners provide services that complement the Berke Assessment and typically integrate the Berke into their overall services offering. Reseller Partners purchase the Berke Assessment at a discount from The Berke Group and then resell it to their clients. Reseller Partners receive sales and product training to help them maximize the value of the Berke with their clients.
